Welcome to Burdon Grange
We are a forward thinking home which provides fully holistic care for residents aged 18 and above. We provide 24 hour nursing care for residents with a physical disability specialising in all aspects of neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries and we also offer slow stream rehabilitation encompassing physical, social and emotional care needs. Working closely with all aspects of Multi disciplinary professionals.
At Burdon Grange we offer holistic nursing care for people who live with complex physical disabilities, acquired brain injury, neurological conditions and long term health conditions.
Specialist nursing care
Our RGN's are complimented by our Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist with a positive connection to Clinical Psychology. All our professionals are supported by NHS therapists, Consultants and their Specialist teams.
Multi-Disciplinary Teams
Our aim at Burdon Grange to provide a fully holistic care and to compliment this we have a full time 7 days a week activity team. Our team is driven and supported by our Occupational Therapist and they provide a very wide and varied activity programme which is resident centred.
